Frequently Asked Questions & Quick Help
Where is my health data stored, and can third parties access it?
Your health records (doses, weight, symptoms, and injection quadrants) are stored strictly locally on your device with complete privacy. Nemati does not sell or share health data with ad brokers or third parties. You can lock your records using Face ID or Touch ID for enhanced on-device security.
How do I export and share my clinical report with my doctor?
Navigate to the "Medical Report" tab within the app and tap "Share". You can instantly export a bilingual, crisp one-page PDF or image summarizing your titration weeks, weight curve, symptom averages, and injection quadrants ready for doctor consultations.
How can I permanently delete my account and all data?
You can erase all your records and delete your account at any time directly within the app settings by selecting "Clear All Data and Delete Account". All records are permanently and immediately wiped from your device.
Does Nemati offer medical advice or recommend dose titrations?
No. Nemati strictly adheres to a "records, never recommends" posture. The app logs your inputs objectively and never advises changing medications or altering doses. All clinical titration decisions belong solely to your licensed physician.
What should I do during an acute medical emergency?
Nemati is not an emergency monitoring service. If you experience severe or sudden symptoms, please contact emergency medical services immediately (e.g. 997 in Saudi Arabia) or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
Nemati is a registered trademark owned and operated by FounderMate LLC. Compatible with approved GLP-1 pens including Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Trulicity.
Medical Notice: Nemati is a personal logging tool, not a medical device. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider. In emergencies, call your local emergency service.
