Nemati Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 November 2026 · 20 clauses

1. Who runs the app

Nemati is operated by FounderMate LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. On this page, "we" and "Nemati" mean the operator of the app, and "you" means the person using it.

2. Your agreement

Downloading the app, creating an account, or using it in any way means you accept these terms. If something here does not work for you, do not use the app and delete it from your device.

3. Who can use it

Nemati is for people aged 16 and over. If you are 16 or 17, use it only with your parent's or guardian's consent and under the care of a doctor who follows your treatment. We do not accept accounts below 16, and if we find one we close it and delete the data.

Using the app also means you are recording your own health data, not someone else's.

4. What Nemati is

Nemati is a logbook. You record your treatment week, your dose, your weight, and any symptoms you notice. You can also log your meals, physical activity, and how much water you drink. It hands that back to you as summaries and a tidy report you can give your doctor. It also works for tracking weight without medication.

It helps with reminders at times you choose, and with a guide to using your pen and a count of the doses left in it.

The app does not read your condition, does not examine you, and knows nothing about you that you did not enter yourself.

5. What Nemati is not

Nemati is not a medical device and is not software registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. It gives no diagnosis, no treatment, and no medical opinion. Any number, summary, or note it shows you is a view of your own data, not a recommendation.

To be specific: the app will never tell you to raise your dose, lower it, or stop it, and never to change your medication. That decision belongs to your doctor alone.

What it shows about food, activity, and water, such as calorie and protein targets, is general information calculated from your own data and published formulas. It is not a diet or treatment plan made for you. Talk to your doctor or a dietitian before you change what you eat or how active you are, especially if you have a health condition.

Pen guide and click counts: if you enter the dose your doctor prescribed and your pen's type and strength, the app shows the steps for using the pen and the number of clicks that matches that dose. This is an aid based on the pen leaflet and on the dose you entered. It is not a prescription or medical instruction. The app never chooses or changes your dose, and it does not check that what you entered is right.

Using a higher-strength pen to take a lower dose may not be described in the pen leaflet, and it is a decision for your doctor and pharmacist. Confirm the click count with your pharmacist before the first use, follow the pen leaflet and your pharmacist if they differ from what the app shows, and if you lose count, do not guess.

Do not delay seeing a specialist, and do not set aside what your doctor told you, because of something you saw in the app.

6. Emergencies

The app does not monitor you and does not alert anyone on your behalf. If a symptom is severe or comes on suddenly, call 997 for an ambulance or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not log it in the app and wait for a response.

7. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the device holding your data. Keep your login details to yourself and do not share the account. If you think someone else has reached it, tell us.

8. Your data belongs to you

Everything you enter is yours. We claim no ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers, pharmaceutical companies, or insurers. We use it to run the app for you: it is stored on your device and synced encrypted to cloud servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and your reports are built from it.

We may use aggregated data that cannot be traced back to any individual to improve the app. Aggregated means totals across all users, not your record. The app also sends usage data that contains no health data, to run and improve the app, as set out in the Privacy Policy (clause 5). We also collect anonymised data from your record to support GLP-1 research; details of what is collected and how to withdraw are in the Privacy Policy (clause 6).

9. Privacy and data protection

Your health data is sensitive personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and we treat it as such. What we collect, how we store it, how long we keep it, and your rights to access, correct, and delete it or withdraw your consent are all set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The part that matters here: your data is stored on your device and synced encrypted to cloud servers in Frankfurt, Germany, meaning there is a cross-border transfer outside the Kingdom to an EU member state. Some supporting services, such as sending sign-in codes to your email, may run outside the EU and receive only the limited data described in the Privacy Policy. By creating your account you consent to these transfers under the Personal Data Protection Law. The Privacy Policy (clauses 8 and 9) sets out the details and safeguards.

10. Reports

The report the app produces reflects what you entered and nothing more. Miss a week or type the wrong number and the mistake shows up in the report. Check it before you send it to your doctor.

When you export or share a report, you alone control who receives it. We do not send it to anyone on your behalf.

11. Prohibited use

Do not use the app to sell medication, promote it, or arrange access to it without a prescription. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, extract other users' data, copy its software, or reverse engineer it. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that belongs to another person without their permission.

In the Nemati Community: don't give dose advice, don't buy or sell pens or medicines, don't post phone numbers, links or accounts, and respect other members. What members write is personal experience, not medical advice, so ask your doctor before changing your treatment. We may remove any message that breaks these rules, and stop your community access if it happens again. The community is for people aged 18 or older.

Breaching this clause closes your account immediately, and may expose you to liability under applicable law.

12. Price and subscriptions

Nemati has two paid plans, Essential and Premium, billed monthly or yearly. The app shows you the price and what each plan includes before you pay, and each plan starts with a 7-day free trial if you haven't had one before.

Apple or Google collects the payment through your store account; we never receive your card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your store account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.

Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policy, and you request them through your store account.

Without a plan you can still view your history, share the doctor report, export your data, delete your account, see safety information, and receive the dose reminder. Logging needs a plan.

Accounts created before paid plans launched keep the Essential plan free for life.

A code from one of our partners may give you a discount or a longer trial, as its offer states. Each account can use one code, codes have no cash value, and the partner never sees your name or your health data.

If you invite friends with your invite code, each new friend gets one month of Essential free, and you earn one free Essential month for each friend who finishes setup and starts Essential, up to 6 months per account. We provide the free months through the Apple or Google store; they have no cash value and can't be exchanged, and the subscription then renews automatically unless you cancel, as with the free trial. Only genuine new accounts count, and we may cancel a reward obtained by abuse.

If we change a price, we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

13. App stores

You download the app from Apple or Google, and each has its own terms that apply to you alongside these. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to this agreement, and neither carries responsibility for the app or for any claim relating to it.

14. Intellectual property

The Nemati name, logo, design, text, and software are ours. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them inside the app itself. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any part of it to you.

15. Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we do not promise it will run without interruption or without faults. We may take it down for maintenance, change features, or retire a feature entirely. If we decide to shut the service down for good, we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.

Your data is stored on your device and on our cloud servers. Keep your own copy of any report that matters to you — do not rely on the app as your sole record.

16. No warranties

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that what it shows is accurate, that it suits your case, or that using it leads to any particular health outcome. Anything you rely on in the app, you rely on at your own risk.

17. Limits on liability and indemnity

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. That includes loss from a health decision you made based on something you saw in it, from lost data, or from an interruption in service.

FounderMate LLC is a limited liability company; any liability arising from the app or these terms rests with the company alone, and none of its owners, managers, or employees bears it in a personal capacity.

This limit does not cover loss caused by our own fraud or gross negligence, which the law does not permit us to exclude.

If your misuse of the app leads a third party to bring a claim against us, you cover the costs and legal fees that follow.

18. Ending your use

You can delete your account and your data from inside the app at any time, without giving a reason. We can close your account if you breach these terms, or if the way you use the app puts other users at risk.

Clauses that by their nature survive termination, meaning intellectual property, limits on liability, indemnity, and jurisdiction, stay in force.

19. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you inside the app a reasonable time before it takes effect, and continuing to use Nemati after that means you accept the new version. The last-updated date sits at the top of this page.

20. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute arising from them falls to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.

These terms are written in Arabic and English. Where the two differ in meaning, the Arabic text prevails.
