How to Read Your Nemati Report Before Your Doctor Visit
Your Nemati report is one page that brings together what you logged across your treatment weeks, so your doctor can read it in a minute. The report does not analyse your condition or suggest a dose or a time. It puts your numbers and notes in one place. This guide walks through it section by section.
What is at the top of the report?
At the top you will see the medicine, your current dose and your treatment week, plus the report date and your clinic name if you entered one. Week 1 starts on the date of your first logged injection, and every week is seven days long.
What do the weight, change and dose cards mean?
- Weight: your latest reading in kilograms.
- Total change: the difference between your weight now and your starting weight in week zero.
- Current dose: the dose you logged at your last injection, as written on your prescription.
These numbers are exactly what you entered, so it helps to weigh yourself on the same day and at the same time each week.
How do I read the weight and dose chart?
The chart shows your weight week by week, with a vertical line at the week your dose changed. That lets your doctor see what happened before and after a dose change at a glance. The chart describes what you logged. It is not a forecast.
What about the symptoms section?
The report lists the symptoms you logged that week and how many times you logged each one, such as nausea or fatigue. Log a symptom when it happens and choose its severity: details you remember today are easy to forget by the day of your appointment.
How do I use the report at my appointment?
- Finish logging your week the day before: weight, symptoms and effort.
- Send the report to your doctor from your phone before you go in, or show it during the visit.
- Write your questions in the injection note, such as a symptom that keeps coming back or a late injection.
- Dose and medicine decisions belong to your doctor. The report supports the conversation; it does not replace it.
